Hotel Brotherhood played a couple shows recently as some may know, and has one in the mixer as we speak.
Recent Past-
Two weeks ago David Longoria and his band The Black played a great show in Marfa with HB and Candles, who also played a really great set. one of those nights where everyone’s legs just needed to move. Was good to see so many folks dancing.
Last Friday HB played a set at La Merde in Portland, OR on the occasion of an art opening of sorts, featuring the work of Jack Sanders and Doo-nanny founder, Butch Anthony. Butch’s work is incredible and affordable, get some if you can. And special thanks to Mr Sanders for inviting HB to play at such a wonderful opening. He even held the mic for the first three songs of the set before deciding that he wanted a beer. Jack did however give HB an empty pint glass to use in his stead. Which was the gesture of a true friend, all of it. Thanks Jack, thanks Portland buddies.
Near Future-
Hotel Brotherhood opens for James McMurtry at Padres on September 9th, gonna be a good show for sure.

Chimney Choir. A friend of our friends Paper Bird and the Dovekins, Chinmey Choir hails from Denver. Tight harmonies and acoustic instruments like Paper Bird with plucky pop sensibilities.
Hotel Brotherhood. Formerly based in Marfa, Texas, songwriter Ross Cashiola has been performing in various incarnations under this moniker since 2003. Heartfelt slow folk jams with country twang and experimental inclinations.”
